ITV boss apologises for controversial Halloween costume mocking Jamal Khashoggi's death

ITV executive Asif Zubairy has issued an apology after mocking the death of Saudi Arabian journalist Jamal Khashoggi with his costume as he attended Jonathan Ross’ Halloween party earlier his week.
